2002 - 2007 CSTDA 3
The Commonwealth State/Territory Disability Agreement (CSTDA) is the 3rd such agreement and sets the national framework under which the Australian, State and Territory Governments work together to provide support and make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities, their families and carers. This CSTDA sets the administrative and funding arrangements for the delivery of specialist disability services over the five years, 2002-03 to 2006-07. It also establishes national policy priorities that set the themes and directions to guide action in service and community development to create opportunities for people with disabilities.
