is important that any user of the estimates be familiar with the data
description that is included within the file. The first three sheets of
the workbook are README that make reference to the ABS publications that detail
how the data were collected. The README also explains the use of the
relative root mean squared error (RRMSE) that describes the reliability of the
estimates.
